JLHS Forensics Individual Events State Quals

This is our annual State Qualifying Tournament for Individual Events that we host at Logan. The tournament is actually on the first Saturday of the month, so I have made that date change above. I'm hoping that because of this change we can have the 100s and the 200s added back into the tournament, since it no longer conflicts with the testing.
